Yes of course. A minor does not have to support himself until he is 18yo. That is your obligation until then. In that case he could just stop working and be supported by you. Instead encourage your child to work and save money for good things and for when he moves out.
Yes, you will still have to pay child support because you are the mother or father of the child, and that makes you still pay child support.
If the father of your kids moves in does he still have to pay child support?
i live in cailf.my child is 18 and she just had ababy do i still have to pay child support do i pay child support for my child who has a baby
No. Once that child is 18, he/she is considered an adult and no longer a child. Once they are 18, and graduated from high school, you no longer need to pay for child support. It does not matter if he/she is working and moved out. You do not need to pay any more.
yup
Even if she is working she is not a adult, may loose the job today , so you must pay up.
Child support is not discharged in bankruptcy.
He will still have to pay support until/unless the child is adopted.
yes you do because that is still your child!
A volunteer can pay your child support payments for you but you should make certain you still have proof of payment.A volunteer can pay your child support payments for you but you should make certain you still have proof of payment.A volunteer can pay your child support payments for you but you should make certain you still have proof of payment.A volunteer can pay your child support payments for you but you should make certain you still have proof of payment.
