Yes they are the same, But you will need to change the flywheel. The Inline 6 doesn't have a balanced flywheel like the 302/351 require.
the bell housing bolt pattern is the same but the flywheel on 460 is thicker and makes they pressure plate hit bellhousing from 351m/400 there for it will not work you have to have a bellhousing from a 429 or 460
