If it is a regina fuel system it has just one pump
NO, Precision brand fuel pumps are exactly the same as Carter brand and do not have the best reputation. AC Delco brand are more likely to be the actual OEM part from the OEM manufacturer, whereas Precision/Carter are more likely to be a cheap aftermarket part
Do they have the same engine? If not, then no, it wont work. If they do, make sure they have the same fuel pressure requirment. If the engine and pressure is the same, they should be interchangeable.
YES they will be the same pumps.
Go to your favorite auto parts store on line. Look up the fuel pumps for both vehicles. If they have the same part number they are the same.

No, there are two separate and different parts. The fuel pump is what pumps the fuel from the fuel tank to the engine. The fuel filter is what filters that fuel to collect any particles that might be suspended. The fuel filter may be inside the fuel tank or may be mounted inline to the engine.
they should unless different brands.I always replace in sets,no just one.

In the M:B E 300, model 1989, the fuel filter is located under the floor near the rear right wheel and it is cover with a plastic shield. There are , in the same place two fuel pumps too.
