They do stretch a tiny bit, but they tend to run on the small side to begin with. I wouldn't say that they stretch enough to warrant buying a size smaller than what you usually wear. In fact, you might even want to buy a 1/2 size larger than you normally wear. I typically wear either size 9.5 or 10 and with Tory Burch shoes I definitely always opt for size 10 to be on the safe side. Hope this helps.
