You can kiss a lovebird anywhere! It depends on the bird whether it wants to be kissed. I kiss mine on their cheeks, their beaks, and their chests. If the bird trusts you it wont mind. If the bird is afraid or bites then you may want to take small steps from simply handling them and working your way up to kissing them.

They don't exactly kiss...but a mother will sort of "throw up" into her baby's mouth to feed it...she interlocks beaks (they are hookbills) and they will sort of tug-of-war and the mother feeds the baby. When cockatiels mate the male "rides" the female.

They generally don't kiss each other. Their equivalent to a kiss is preening each other. You can train them to give you a kiss. I have a male gray that does that.

They simply don't kiss. This is a human action. Male hummingbirds have better ways of attracting a mate.
