I believe they are identical so no they do not go in a specific order BUT if you are replacing only a few, put them on the cylinders you took the faulty ones off.
The firing order for the 2001 Chevrolet Blazer is 1, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. This is for the 4.3 Liter engine.
