Generally a 14g for a male your lip/labret, and 16g for a female lip/labret or monroe, madonna, medusa piercing.

It's more painful than the first time, But yes you can re pierce a navel.

I have personally done this before, i got my right lip piercing re-pierced in the exact same spot and no it doesn't hurt, it feels the same as getting your first lip piercing.

Not really. On a scale from one to ten, it's around a two or three. The piercing itself doesn't hurt bad at all but for the first five minutes after the piercing, its a little sore.

Depends. Sometimes, piercing scar tissue is more painful but then again, it might not even bother you.

From personal expierince it doesn't hurt, but it can be kind of uncomfortable at first. Practice makes perfect. Also, from the piercing being moved around while kissing, sometimes the inside of the piercing can get stuck and hurt a little. This happened with my monroe.

You should go about 1/4 of an inch from the corner of your bottom lip on either side you wanted the piercing on. Then just a few centimeters from the lip itself. After piercing one whole, get the ring in before you try the next one. I advise you wait till the first one heals before trying to pierce the second hole. Which is suppose to be right next to the first. Make sure you align then right or it'll look funky.
What complications come with re-piercing your belly button in the same place?
Depends really on why it didnt work out the first time. Some piercers don't pierce scar tissue at all but most will. Scar tissue is usually a little more painful to pierce
