Many do, and many use this site as a source of reference. Wikianswers is open for all to try and answer any question. There are people that vandalise this site but there is also a group of people that try to weed out these vandals and help others on the site. Unfortunately this task cannot be accomplished as quickly as we would like.

How do you know if the questions you are asking answered right by wiki answers?
Have a look at the profile of the person who answered it if you are in doubt, or you can verify by looking at related questions about the same subject to see if the answers agree. By in large questions answered by a person who has a registered account are good answers, when people want to vandalize they want to do it anonymously.
When will you get your answers?
People answer as they spot questions that interest them or that they know. I know it can be frustrating to wait but with millions of questions, there will always be a backlog. People work on new and old questions every day.
