According to Christian doctrine, all a person must do to guarantee themselves an eternal spot in heaven is accept and believe that Jesus is the Messiah. Basically saying that agreeing with the teachings is all you have to do. No where in The Bible does it say that if a sin is committed and it is bad enough (i.e. Suicide) then a person will automatically revoke his passage into heaven. If this was the case, a person could tell a lie on his deathbed and be sentenced to hell because of it. I assume this is true of all religions.
it wanted to suicide!
The opposite of the verb to cross is not to cross. Where it means to cross (betray) someone, the opposite would be to abet, assist, or support. The opposite of cross (cranky, in bad spirits) could be cheerful, happy, or amiable.
The last words spoken by Jesus as he died on the cross were "Father, into your hands I commit my spirit."
Abandon, desert, deceive, double-cross, commit treason...
First of all DO NOT COMMIT SUICIDED! It is not worth it! You were placed on this earth for a reason! You are going to make a difference. You are worth so much that a man died on the cross for you to forgive your sins and so you could have a relationship with HIM. His name is Jesus! HE LOVES YOU SO MUCH!!! You are a special person. Don't end your life start a relationship with Jesus. Tell him he is listening!
they just call to different names. the spirits are different, but are still generally similar.
Yes you do. Since God has died on the cross for you and me our sins have been washed away. When you commit another sin you have to ask God for forgiveness and He will indeed forgive you.
Put up the cross everywhere in your house and if it doesn't work tell a priest.
to be hunted by the great warriors of midgaurd and valhalla that died a true warrior's death.
You see a watermelon in Mrs. Brown's garden. You want the watermelon. In order to get the watermelon you have to cross Mrs. Brown's yard. To cross her yard you have commit a trespass. Your intent to cross her yard to get to that watermelon is the "intent to trespass."
Some believe heaven and hell are in the mind and only empty stillness exists when you die. These people believe that suicide would only be a gate into that empty stillness. Others believe there is a literal heaven and a literal hell. The greatest number of these people base their beliefs on a belief in God. A large number of these people believe if one commits suicide, their destination will be hell. Ultimately, you have to search for the answer within yourself, remembering that there is no going back once the act is done and that there is no one who can say there definitely is not a heaven and hell.
The truth is that there are no such things as spirits, but I understand that many people believe in them, even though they are not real. Sometimes, spirits can represent something you are afraid of: many people, when they go into a dark and gloomy place, might feel nervous and imagine there are spirits there. If you are very religious, you may feel protected if you wear an article of jewelry such as a cross (or whatever the symbol from your religion). But the best way to get what you call "spirits" to stop bothering you is to refuse to give them power over your life. Focus on becoming more confident and surround yourself with people who recognize your potential. Talk to a counselor, or if you prefer, go to a minister, priest, rabbi or imam that you trust, and get some guidance from them. But above all, do not let your fears stop you from having a good life. No matter what you might think, spirits can not harm you, but your fear can certainly hold you back. Don't let that happen.
