Well, we do have staff in different countries, so there are people on during most hours of the day, and most days... but each staff member does have a weekend where they are not required to work. If they get on the site after hours or during their weekend, it is just because they personally want to check in, or have time. They aren't required to be on the site by the company during any weekend hours.
The only exception would be if a server went down or the site stopped functioning for some reason... then people would be required to come in and fix it fast. :)
