You will need to be part of the squad or part of the development process through their academy
You submit it to agents. Google them, and then send out your screenplay to only one agent at a time. But listen dude it's super hard to get your screenplay picked up. You have a better chance of being hit by lightning while driving in a car. And if it does get picked up it may not even be optioned. And if it is which it's super slim it won't, it will probably be made by an independent film company and the general public won't even see it. Try a novel.

he was picked up by Liverpool when he was 8 to train in their academy so Liverpool never bought him
It depends who's doing the picking. I have picked, you have picked, they have picked, we have picked; but he / she / someone (named) / something has picked.
They adapted to their environment because they picked a nice spot they would like and they would clean the area to make it better and they would think it was just like their old environment.
No. They won supporting Academy Awards a year apart. At the 62nd Academy Awards ceremony on March 26, 1990, Washington received the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his performance in "Glory" (1989). A year later, at the 63rd Academy Awards on March 25, 1991, Goldberg picked up the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her work in "Ghost" (1990). Washington, who has been nominated for Academy Awards six times, later went on to win the Best Actor statuette for his performance in "Training Day" (2001).
