Summit Entertainment said in November 2008 that they had the rights to make Breaking Dawn into a fim. They then said they are making Breaking Dawn into two films and the film's first part is scheduled for release on November 18, 2011, while the film's second part is scheduled for release in the summer of 2012. Bill Condon will direct both parts. The internet said that because of Breaking Dawn's content, they may move the age rating up for the movies - I dont think they will though...
Hope this helps... :)
