No. Each game outcome is determined randomly. The amount of money you wager on a game has no determination on what symbols come up in any game. The amount of money you wager can determine how much, if anything, you will win when a winning combination is displayed. For example, if you play a multi-line mulit-coin game but don't buy all the lines and a winning combination comes up on one of the lines you didn't buy then you win nothing. If on the other hand you buy all the lines and wager 3 coins per line then you will win 3 times as much for a winning combination than if you only wagered 1 coin per line.
