As far as we know, the Utahraptor did not have wings, and was as such incapable of flight.

With a pack that large, the Utahraptors have the upper hand. The utahraptors would have probably used a hunting strategy and distracted the T-Rex while the others attacked from the side. The Utahraptors may take a few casualties and probably would think twice about taking a T-Rex head on.
