Before the movie Nosferatu 1922 vampires walked about in day-light without any concern. Count Dracula was comfortable in daylight although a little weakened in power. After Nosferatu vampires had serious problems with sun-light. It wasn't until Twilight came out 2009 that vampires regains most of their immunity to sun light.
