What do you do if a question asked on this site requires an opinion to answer?
Many questions on WikiAnswers are opinion-based ones, so they require an opinion for the answer. Simply post your opinion in answer to the question, but do it in a respectful manner. Just keep in mind though, there will be others who post their opinions, which will most likely be the opposite of yours. But this is a good thing because it will represent a wider range of opinions.
How do you flag a poor question or answers on wikianswers?
There is no way to flag questions for improvement currently on Answers.com. A signed-in member can flag an answered question by using the "Flag" option on the Question tools menu. You can "Report abuse" on questions that don't have answers but you shouldn't use that tool just for flagging something as not good enough.
