It's about obvious that they would ingest some water wen eating food like plankton. As well whales need water to survive like humans. Due to their size, they can be fine whilst ingesting some salt water and they can extract water from the food. Also, whales can obtain water by producing it from a metabolic breakdown of foods like fats and carbohydrates.
