I've seen 1 documentary where a Alpha female was not able to reproduce and was starving the other members of the pack and was found killed, which is believed to be by its own pack. I would imagine this cannot be a natural act as survival requires members in harmony.
Yes. Wolves occasionally drive out or kill members of their own pack.
No, but there is at times a fight for leadership of the pack.
umm, sometimes they do but when its a differnt wolf they dont, :P
Yes. Wolves are believed to have let a man join their pack, but every time he left he had to carry a piece of meat in his mouth as an offering.
No they only howl to other wolves
It is currently unknown if there will be any new WolfQuest games, due to funding.
Usually, wolves will get along with other wolves, (like packs) but if a wolf wants leadership or a lone wolf comes near, they will usually attack another wolf. Let me elaborate on what this person above has said. Wolves have strong family bonds. Like humans, they value family above all else, and will die for each other. The alpha female and male keep order on the pack, which usually is made up of generations of their children. Packs have ranks, and certain ranking wolves may be bullied a bit, but in the end, they're part of the pack. If a lone wolf threatens a pack or it's territory, the alphas will chase it out, but they will avoid confrontation unless necessary.
In New Moon, the wolves are described by Bella as being horse sized wolves. Sam Uley, the black wolf and alpha of the pack, is noted for being bigger than the rest of the pack because of his native bloodline being leaders. Jacob Black almost matches the size of Sam because he was to be the alpha of the pack and declined to let Sam become Alpha.
Wolves raise their young by first eating for themselves then storing what they can for their pups. when they get back to the den the throw up the extra food they've stored and give it to their pupsThey raise them in a den for the first few weeks then they start to let the pups leave and then they leave the den and join the rest of the pack outside. While they are young They drink milk From their mother and after around five weeks they start to eat meat.
I love wolves so i know a lotWolvesa are very shy and rarely attack humans. The mothers do not let anybody into the birthing den for quite a while. The mothers dearly love their pups. There are different ranks for wolves ina pack. The main ones are alpha, beta, and omega. Plus, there are lone wolves. There is much more to learn though!!!
First you have to complete level one in amethyest mountain,(find a mate)then you automatically have your pack of 6 wolves and pups.(you, your mate, and your four pups.) in the 2nd level,Slough Creeck.if you meant how to make a pack in multipayer game read the followingIMPORTANT: you know the first box that appears when you click on the wolf quest game to start the game? well in the box it says windowed and before that is the check box, put a check in the box.go to multyplayer and click any place, slough creek is were most people are. make your wolf and click join game, click new open game first to get to know people and ask them if they want to join. make a game name with no spaces. then you put in your user name and password you made. if you didnt make one you should make one at wolfquest.org and then make a game. wait for people to join your chat. while u r waiting, since you clicked the small box before windowed(the first thing i wrote) you can do other things wile waiting for someone to join!also when you let people join your chat you ask them if you want to join ur pack, ur pack will be in that chat that you make and the people will come back and continue to be in ur pack if they wanted to join, also you can make it to were you want only black furred pack members and stuff!
No. Due to persecution, there is only one wolf pack left in Lebanon, and understandably these wolves are extremely cautious of human contact. To my knowledge, no one in living memory has even been attacked by a wolf in Lebanon, let alone eaten!
Yes, wolves should be let back into Scotland, if they were already there once they deserve to be there again.
Depends on how they help each other. In a pack or separate lone wolves? Pack--they hunt with each other, play with each other, clean each other, show affection, show loyalty, mourn. Seperate--very rare do other wolf packs help each other. Actually I think there hasn't been a record account of that happening.
