Sure. It's the girls and women who like bondage more than males. However, men do not like to be "tied up" in the sense that they are restricted by their partner. They are just too independent and want to able to express themselves in their own way, whenever they want or need to. Most will compromise on this to some degree if it keeps their relationship stable, and it is often necessary for this to happen.
