Your glasses and outward appearance should have no impact on what a guy thinks of you, or what you think of yourself. I for one have kind of dorky glasses also, and I don't let it affect me. I know that the guys worth going out with wouldn't care what I look like. The guys that are falling over the cute and popular girls are shallow and only look at outward appearance. It sounds like the guy that you are describing could not care less if you have glasses, and he shouldn't. Sounds like a good catch to me and would take the oppurtunity. Don't rush into things, but really don't let him go! And laugh at his lame jokes. He'll appreciate it and is most likely trying to get your attention.
