No. My copy of the Federalist lists Alexander Hamilton as the author of Number 80. I believe this to be an historical fact. Of course, given the egregious way that web page misapplies Number 80, it is not surprising they got the author wrong too.

I agree with the federalists because they are supporting the government. On the other hand, why agree with people who are going against government matters? The federalists are sticking up for what is right and for what we need. That's a great way to repay them for standing by our side

Alexander Hamilton, James Madison and John Jay penned the Federalist Papers as they explored the type of Government needed for the new nation, and as they conceived of checks and balances that would hold the Government tightly reined. The argument went that if the United States was to be a single nation, its leaders would have to agree on binding rules of governance, or in other words a Constitution.
