The normal length of a pregnancy is forty weeks. Forty weeks isn't always reached with many people. You may go over your due date or you may deliver earlier than your due date.
No, due dates are an approximation of the time the baby will be born. You can deliver before that day, or a little after the due date, but the due date is a full term 40 week appoximation of birth.
Yes the docotors can induce labor.
The due date is always an estimate. In the past it was always plus or minus two weeks for giving birth.
no not always is the first baby past due date, usually the first baby comes earlier then expected, then the second one comes late. but not always some can be born past due date or before. you never really know.
No i t is sometimes completely off
If this is your first time getting pregnant, your doctor will give you a due date of 10 months after you are declared pregnant. So, if you find out that you are pregnant in February, your doctor will give you a due date of the upcoming December. Now if you deliver after that date, something is definitely wrong. Go to the doctor QUICK! Your due date is likely to be around the end of October through November.
Actually it's the 12th of May No-one knows the exact date of when she is due.. But i personally feel that she will deliver in the next 2 weeks ... fingers crossed .. x
Your due date is always based off of the first day of your last period, regardless of whether you are on the pill or not. For example, if period was 5/9/06 as day one, your due date would be 2/12/07.
