The General Instruction of the Roman Missal, No. 160
"When receiving Holy Communion, the communicant bows his or her head before the Sacrament as a gesture of reverence and receives the Body of the Lord from the minister. The consecrated host may be received either on the tongue or in the hand, at the discretion of each communicant. When Holy Communion is received under both kinds, the sign of reverence is also made before receiving the Precious Blood."
The bow is not to the minister (or Priest) rather it is to the Body or Blood of Christ. So yes you bow regardless of who is the Eucharistic Minister.

Bowing is a sign of reverence - respect for God. Therefore, we bow every time we pass in front of the altar, which is consecrated to God and is a sign of Jesus. We also bow before receiving Jesus in communion.

if you are asking about a re-curve bow: When strung and held properly, the bow curves towards the holder then, at the top and bottom, the bow has a sharp bend away, towards the target. When unstrung, the bow is bent entirely towards the target, which leads many people to improperly string, and sometimes break re-curve bows. This design gives the bowstring more tension which in turn gives the arrow more force. Sorry if you were asking about something other than a re-curve bow.
Bows correlate with your nature. Find the nature that gives you the right bow. Also, it just depends on what your game came with and does. Keep trying!
