No- your body goes into store mode
You only gain weight when you eat more calories than you burn. That usually takes several days. You burn calories through activity and BMR.
no, calories and a treadmill do not cancel each other. Calories are burned by excercising. If you eat more calories than you burn, you will most likely lose weight. If you eat more than you burn, you will gain weight. They dont cancel each other, but a treadmill can be an effective way to burn calories and in essence "cancel" the calories
not much unless u have gym and dont eat lunch or breakfast
well it depends what you eat really like if you were to drink a chocolate milkshake that has 104 calories. Go on a tredmill or a thi trainer it will burn off a good amount of calories and if that kind of exercise tells you that you burnt 104 calories you dont need to burn more or it will make you put on weight
to burn calories
you dont burn any. you are throwing up not working it off. if you say go for a run then your are burning calories off, but you make burn half of it. i know from my past if you eat something then go throw up then it seems like you ate anything but still you dont burn anything. please dont be throwing up it cause a bad road
eat less. Burn more calories then you eat. Drink more water. cut out foods with a lot of sodium.
You should eat about half of what you burn during that workout. If you burn 1,000 calories, you should have consumed about 400-500 calories to last long enough to burn twice that amount.
eating the same amount of calories that you burn in a day will make your weight stay the same, to lose weight burn more calories then you eat and to gain weight eat more calories then you burn
To maintain your weight... eat as many calories as you burn. Most humans, without even excercising, burn 1500-2000 calories a day just doing daily things and...surprise, surprise, living! If you are trying to lose weight, you have to eat a significant less amount of calories than you are planning to burn in a day. So, if you plan to go on a 3 mile run, and burn a total of 2300 calories in one day, to lose weight you have to eat less than 2300 calories. AND gaining weight is just the opposite...eat more calories than you burn.
Less then you "burn" Less then you "burn"
