When you join WIT, you get a badge on your profile page displaying your WIT division.

Upon completing 25 WIT missions, you receive a reward badge for your profile page. You receive additional reward badges after completing 50 and 100 WIT missions.

On the WIT page, of you feel you have completed a mission, select "Completed". A WIT Supervisor will check.

If you continue to participate in WIT once you have passed the age of 18, your WIT badge will not be removed. Your badge is only removed if you stop participating in the program.

No. You can only be a member of one WIT division at a time. If you decide you want to switch to a different division, then your old badge will be removed, and a badge for the new WIT division will be placed on your profile page.


How do you report the completion of your WIT mission?

When you have completed a WIT mission, go back onto the WIT Home page and select "Completed" in the mission builder where you chose the mission. It will be checked by a WIT Supervisor. Credits are not awarded until it is checked and approved. You may choose another mission while you wait.


How do you choose a WIT mission?

Once you are a member of WIT you will have access to the WIT Program Page. You can access this page by clicking on "WIT home" on your toolbar under "My pages". Missions are listed in the mission builder on this page. To choose a mission, simply click "DO IT!" underneath the mission of your choice. This will move the mission to the "In progress tab". Once you have completed your mission, click the "Complete" button underneath your mission. Alternatively, you can press "changed my mind" if you would like to pick a different mission instead. Once you have completed your mission you are free to choose another one right away. Your completed missions will be checked and approved or returned to the "in progress" tab if you haven't quite completed it.


How do you get a WIT Explorer mission?

You select your mission from the list of available missions, which is found on the WIT Home page.


How long do you have to complete a mission in WIT?

You have 2 months to complete a WIT mission before it is considered inactive. After this time we will contact you to remind you of your mission. If we don't hear from you then you will be unassigned from the mission.
