I've gotten one from doing more than trampolining. You can physically speaking get a six pack from jumping but you need to do ab core training instead of just jumping up and down. So I'd reccomend going onto the side of your trampoline ( where the metal is ) and put your legs off and do 30 sit ups and 15 push ups on the metal. I don't know why but push ups are alot harder on a trampoline.
Good Luck!
Be realistic, No.
So you don't fall off the trampoline...

The black part of a trampoline is called the jumping mat or trampoline mat. It is typically made from a durable, UV-resistant fabric that provides a safe and stable surface for jumping. The mat is attached to the trampoline frame using springs, allowing it to stretch and rebound during use.
Not directly. A six-pack is the result of fatty tissue being thin enough so as to make the abdominal muscles visible. You do not need to have large abdominal muscles in order to have a six-pack. Jumping rope is a great cardiovascular exercise, and will help you to burn fat. If you burn enough fat, you will be able to see your abs. If you couple this with abdominal muscle-building exercises, your six-pack will become more apparent with less need for fat loss.
