No, privacy is lost completely. You can be seen by guards and other prisoners all the time.
In general, individuals have limited privacy while in jail. Inmates can expect to have their activities monitored, including phone calls, visits, and correspondence. Cells may be shared, and there is constant supervision by correctional officers to ensure safety and security. However, there are usually measures in place to protect an inmate's dignity and provide some level of privacy for personal hygiene.

might be. May be youre nature of checking the mobile of your men and he needs some privacy.
No you can't. Once you're in jail you lose everything including your privacy. There will be a prison guard standing outside the cell. That prison guard never takes his eyes off of you. That means he'll watch you every second and he will know what what you're doing in your cell. He wil never stop watching you. He will see everything you do including when your sleeping, eating, using the bathroom, or whatever you're doing in your cell. Because there are no walls or anything around the jail cell toilets you have to deal with using it without privacy. Now that'd be embarresing. If you want to avoid going to jail please obey the laws and then you won't end up going there!
that's something that is completely up to you. some women wear nighties, some wear pajama pants and tank tops, some even wear nothing at all, the only thing that really matters is that youre comfortable, no one is going to judge you on what you sleep in when youre in the privacy of your own home
