I doubt that you'll find a diagram of a heater core anywhere other than the Jeep engineer's vault......and they arent likely to give a copy up at all. So......
The next best thing......and actually since an engineering drawing may be actually worlds apart from what actually is in your Jeep, go to the nearest junkyard and just buy one. These things for a 95 are ages old and will be cheap and you can diagram that puppy to your hearts content. This way you not only have a diagram you also have the limited joy of removing this from the junker yourself.
Good Luck !!!

because your heater core has a leak or the hose is broken
The heater core is inside the hvac housing behind the dash.
The Haynes Jeep Cherokee 1984 - 1996 book has 7 different diagrams which show how to do that repair.
I also have a 2000 jeep wrangler. This year has a problem with the heater core plugging up. You can either try to flush it out, or just replace the heater core.
how hard is it to replace the heater core in a jeep liberty limated editon step by step instructions
The heater core is inside the hvac housing under the dash.
I can't create diagrams, but I can explain how a heater works in a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. The heater system uses engine coolant, which is warmed by the engine. This coolant circulates through the heater core, a small radiator located inside the dashboard. A blower fan then pushes air over the heater core, warming it before it enters the cabin, providing heat to the interior of the vehicle.
Most likely your heater core is leaking.
Thermostat and/or heater core may be defective
if you got antifreeze on your windshield when you turn the heater on, it's bad
To replace the heater core in a Jeep Comanche, start by draining the coolant and disconnecting the negative battery cable. Remove the dashboard and the heater assembly, which may involve taking out several screws and bolts. Once you have access to the heater core, disconnect the hoses and remove the core from the housing. Install the new heater core, reassemble the heater assembly and dashboard, and then refill the coolant before testing the system.
