if you are a vegetarian that doesn't eat poultry or red meat, but eats eggs and dairy, I have some delicious menu ideas from my own experience. Breakfast: waffles, pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, and toast. Lunch: pb&j, cheese sandwich, chips, fruit/vegetables, salad, nuts, and yogurt. Dinner: pasta like mac n cheese, fettucini alfredo, vodka/ tomato sauce pasta, cheese ravioli, and other things like cheese or vegetable Pizza, salads, grilled cheese, fresh vegetables, vegetable soups like vegetable soup with vegetable broth, broccoli cheddar, and cream of potato, asparugus, or mushroom. A favorite meal of mine is to mix pasta, rice, and fresh cooked vegetables like corn, peas, carrots, and asparugus in a bowl. Bread with butter is a good side dish, as are fries. You see, most of this is healthy, vegetarian meals. Enjoy!
