The safety fuel shut off location on a 1991 Mazda MX6 is under the dash. It is on the far right side in front of the passenger seat.
Mazda produced the MX6 automobile for the first time in 1987. They then released the second generation model in 1991 and this was in production until 1997.
Hi there, I can't say for certain, but on my 1992 Mazda MX6 it's located directly beneath the bonnet release lever. .
plenty of things could be a starter, alternator, ignition switch, bad spark...
mx6 got no moonroof - only a sunroof and YES its interchangeable

the starter is near the driver's side front tire. there are 3 screws to take off which are very complicated. I ended up using a mechanic since he was able to find a cheaper starter for me anyways.
found it, it's under the manafold in the back Specify that you were looking for the automatic transmission starter because the Manual transmission has the starter right below the battery and air filter 15mm bolts btw
Open the Dash at the bottom and then look to the bottom left of the relay panel
