STD's in Women are usually non-symptomatic. Meaning no symptoms. Pinkish vaginal discharge sounds like a vaginal infection, most likely urinary tract infection. You will need to see your doctor for some antibiotics to clear this up. If you've had unprotected sex within the last 2 weeks then see your Doctor for a pregnancy blood test.
