Yes you can refuse to say the Pledge of Allegiance if it is against your religious values ormorale values. In that fact any other reason wold probably work also. Although you can refuse nothing is said that others may look down on you for it but that's just because they don't accept the diversity of this country.
Yes... You are not forced by any law to participate, and no organization can legally make you honor the flag. Some cultures/religions consider the Pledge of Allegiance to be worshiping a false God and do no allow their members to say it, under under any circumstance.
However you should because it shows how you love your country.
