I'm guessing 21..... Because you have to be 21 to be a bartender.
A bartender can be fired by the owner of the bar. They can be cited and fined by the state.
18 but some cities require the bartender to be 21.

In all 50 states, one has to be 21 years old in order to serve (at a bar), sell, mix, drink and/or purchase alcohol. You are only allowed to serve alcohol to patrons at a restaurant if you are at least 18 years old; again, 21 to be a bartender though.
21 years of age is all that is required.
