yes
yes you can
You may be able to move out if your parents allow you. Otherwise you would have to petition the court for emancipation.
I am pretty sure it does not matter if you have graduated or not, it only matters if you are 18 or older.
There is no emancipation statute in Arizona. If you have your parents' permission, you can move out, but does not relieve them of their responsibility for your maintenance and welfare.
The age of majority in Ohio is 18 for both male and female.
As soon as you are 18 you can move out whether you are still in high school, have a GED, or have graduated. Once you are 18 you are a legal adult and you can do whatever you want, living arrangement-wise. Your parents can also kick you out when you are 18 because they no longer have to do anything for you, insurance, car, money, anything.
You can if your parents allow it. Otherwise, no, you'd have to wait until you're 18 to leave.
No, the emancipation status does not exist in Ohio
Being 17 is still considered a minor in Ohio. They have to be 18 to more out legally.
The general age is eighteen. Parents are legally required by law to report the minor's absence as a runaway in Ohio. Anyone that allows a minor to stay with them, with out their parents consent are usually charged with "contributing to the deliquentcy of a minor", "obstruction of parental rights", and a mirad of other crimes.
No you have to be 18 and graduated out of high school to be able to move out with out parental cosent because until then if your parents called the cops you could be in a butt load of trouble with the law...
Graduation status is not of concern for emancipation - age IS. Some states the law is 17 or 18.
