No, you do not. Around where I live, we have drama workshops. You go into there and they help with your acting. Some places also have acting classes, they do the same thing. Hope this helps!
It will be difficult, but if you work hard through college, then you certainly can get into medical school.
No.
Your ACT score indicates you are about average, perhaps slightly accelerated. Your GPA indicates that you school adequately; grades are no indication of intellectual ability beyond that of being able to adapt to the environment of school. Keep in mind that there is no shame in being average (or slightly accelerated). A 20 on your ACT is honorable, be proud of your achievements.
According to ACT's web site (www.act.org), students under 13 cannot register online, but can request a registration packet, so I suppose that would be how. However ... I'm pretty sure that question is aimed at people who are in high school by virtue of having "skipped" grades, not for people who are in middle school. The ACT is designed for students about to graduate high school, to assess their preparation and aptitude for college. The only reason I can think of for taking it in middle school, years before you plan to attend college, is to be able to brag about how well you did. This is unlikely to be a good way to make friends.
Colleges place a strong focus on having a high ACT or SAT score. If you want to get in to college, then try to get the highest score possible on the ACT or SAT. In addition to being admitted to the dream school of your choice, you may be able to get scholarship money as well.
There are no ACT requirements for law school. Perspective students are required to take the LSAT.
