Of course not! Many places around you have horses that you can take lessons on before deciding to buy one. Buying a horse involves caring for it on a daily basis and paying money every month to have it boarded somewhere. You local stable will provide you with a "lesson horse" at usually no extra cost.
horse riding lessons at fearns equestrian centre are 15£ for 45 mins.
On Howrse your horse must be 2 years old before it can participate in Lessons.
It depends where you ride. If you are having lessons at your house then yes you will probably need your own horse. But if you are going to a riding centre then usually you will not need a horse of your own.
You can click on the lessons botton below training on your horse's page.
either have lessons to build confidence or sell it and get a calmer horse!

If you look up Andalusian horse breeding farms they may offer lessons or are selling their horses so ask if you may try one out but if you have no horse smarts or you are not used to being around horses I suggest you take lessons. Also do not buy one for free it is most likely the horse is ill or unsafe. If it is a horse for stud they will not send the stallion to you you have to send your mare to them, and don't buy any green horses ( young untrained horses) unless you are a trainer or you have lived around horses all your life.
When you take horse riding lessons they teach you everything you need to now to ride the horses but never teach you how to fall off. Instead the lessons are meant to keep you on the horse.

I would suggest you not ride a horse if you are afraid of them. This is a choice to ride or not. I dislike roller coasters and will not go on one. I make that choice and so can you about horses. or, if you want to get over your fear, start riding lessons with an experianced instructor. let her know that you are scared of horses, and they will help you.
Hi. You can learn to ride a horse by going to horse summer camp or taking riding lessons.
No matter what your socioeconomic status, if you are going to ride and own a horse, in the beginning you should always have lessons, because you need to know the correct way to ride a horse so that you don't damage the horse by riding carelessly.
