I believe the engine has to come out and the block has to be opened up because the head gasket is in the center
Probably a blown head gasket caused by studs pulling out of the engine block. Very common with those engines.
The only repair for a blown head gasket is to replace the gasket.

Most likely a the engine is eating it through the head gasket if its a small amount tiny dont worry about it its just condensation in the muffler.
