I think that is a good idea. I wouldn't call it a formal, though. I would call it a dance. I am only 13, so, I don't think any guys (atleast in our grade) would want to go to a dance where you have to ask people out. But ya, I like the idea. lol :)

I think it is grade 4 on International Dance Teacher's Association. But i am not positive. on Royal Academy of Dance it's recommended grade 6 but it depends on the dancer a lot of the time
