no, you should learn it in ICT! Actually, yes you do. Most (more than 3/4) for game companies employee people with high grades in programming in video games and 3D modelling. Meaning that if you did a college ICT course, that wont be good enough to even sniff at a job in game designer. Most people work from bottom to top in a career, I mean that if you start working in a game company, maybe like a tester. You can work yourself up the career ladder and be where you want to be in the future.
