the answer to you question is yes. it is legal to grow marijuana if you have kids living with you. the plant need to be out of the reach of children and your fine it is also limited to the number of plants.
yes. Though I am not sure you can grow it at all anymore even with a medical license. If you can get one ( which at one point was very easy but is now quite hard), there are stores that you can buy marijuana in so you do not have to grow it.
Yes but you have to see a doctor and tell them whatever it is your excuse is and then with his agreement you can get your MM card...it's easy trust me
As of 2021, marijuana cultivation for recreational use is legal in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, Oregon, Vermont, and Washington. Medical marijuana cultivation laws vary by state, with many states allowing registered patients to grow a limited number of plants for personal use.
you can, but it is a risk.. and do not ship out of state
NJ is very stubborn about medical marijuana. If you're a patient, talk to your doctor about becoming a self provider. If you're just a person who wants to grow marijuan, the answer will be no.
It depends on what kind of license you have. There is a license to smoke marijuana and own it, and there is a completely different license to have seeds and grow them. If you are eligible for a smoking license then you should be able to get a growers license as well, but it's a whole new process and they will test you all over again to be sure your need for marijuana is realistic. for more questions email me at Audrie.C.7@gmail.com

You are asking about obtaining a license to grow medical marijuana? There are not many states that allow this. Rhode Island is one of them. The link below makes reference to 12 states that allow medical marijuana; there may be more recent information than this. If I find any more information, I will append it to this answer.
in certain states in America , i.e. California with a medical license, and Holland , where its legal to grow 5 plants outdoors
Really is that a question obviously....
you dont so forget about it
35 inc.
It is legal in California. It is not legal to grow your own pot in Colorado.
