Ask your parents what your birthday is.
Nope.
If you lost your date of birth, you have larger issues than playstation. You may be able to contact the playstation network for assistance.
Just call customer service
Passwords are not sent to your Email address and you have found that the link for a new password requires a date of birth. You should have used an actual birth date so you would remember it. Your only option is to create a new account since you learned that you need the birthday to get a new Password link or if you want you can go to the customer service department see related link
Without your birth date you have to call customer service

You can't really...because if people could do that, what's to stop them resetting the password on anyone else's account. There are safeguards in place to try to ensure only the account owner can change the password, and part of that safeguard is that the account holder knows the details the account was registered with. Try contacting Sony, if you think you've got enough other info to prove the account is yours.
If one already has a Yahoo! account all they need to sign in is their Yahoo! ID and password. If one needs to register, all it takes is for them to enter their name, an ID of their choice, password, birth date, gender, language, and country. There are some other personalized questions as well for account recovery.

While signed in, scroll over to where you have the Sign In, PlayStation Home, Internet Browser, and download options. Click "Account Management" and from there you should be able to edit your account details! If that fails, login to the PlayStation Community Site and change it from there.
