Do you have to live in Oak Park or River Forest to attend OPRF High School?

To attend OPRF for "free" (i.e. no additional fee after taxes), you have to live in Oak Park or River Forest. There is actually a huge problem with 'outsiders' falsifying their addresses to attend the school, and therefore measures have been put in place to root out freeloaders. However, when I attended OPRF, I had two friends, one from Elmwood Park and the other from Berwyn, who attended the school legally by paying a fee - tuition for all intents and purposes. They never told me an exact figure, but I gathered the fee was fairly steep.
