You will have to loosen one of the components to replace any fan belt. If the belt goes to the alternator. That is usually the one that has the tensioner setup on it. The other common one is the Power Steering pump. If your belt goes from the crank to the air conditioner, there has to be an adjustment bolt on the AC to tension the belt. You will also have to loosen the mounting bolts.
