You only need to pay back a Pell grant if you receive incorrect funding or if you withdraw from school. If you have withdrawn from school because you are fully disabled, your best course of action would be to speak to a financial aid counselor at your school or by calling a federal financial aid counselor.

Do I have to pay a Pell grant back to the school?

No. Grants do not have to be paid back as long as you meet your school's SAP (Satisfactory Academic Progress). Which just means for most schools that you pass half of your classes. Even if loans are offered from the government they still have to be paid back, but grants do NOT have to be paid back.

Should I get a pell grant?

The purpose of the Federal Pell grant is to make access to higher education possible for students from low-income families who would otherwise not be able to afford the cost of attending a higher education institute. The Pell Grant is only available to students enrolled on a course of study that leads to an undergraduate degree. Grants for graduate students through the federal student financial aid system are not very common as they are all focused on enabling students to prepare themselves at undergraduate level. There are many school grants online which you can check out. You might find the one for graduate school.
