If the bond is paid, why is the title not released to the owner of the car? If the owner of the car forfeited the title by skipping out, and another person came and bought that title by paying the bond, then yes, another person can transfer the title to their name ... because they bought it by paying off your bond.
Then ask him? If he transferred the truck title to someone else, it's no longer his title. If he's still making payments on the truck, then it's the financier who holds the title. If he put the truck up as collateral for something, then they're the ones with the title.
If YOU put up the bond amount, you will have it refunded by the court. If you paid to have a bailbondsman put up the bond, they will still charge you for the use of their services.
No, the bottom line is, the title must have the owner's name. Put in reverse situation, if your car was taken by someone who has your title to the car and the car should not be missing, then you would want the car back even without a title. People lose car title all the time, that doesn't mean they lose the car just because they lost the title and someone picked it up.
(1) The defendant's bond amount will be set at arraignment. If you don't post it at that time they will remain in jail until someone does put the bond up. Your choice. (2) Yes, the bond amount CAN be amended by the court (raised or lowered) after it is initially set.
You can add him but he will become part owner and a new title will be issued to that effect.

Only if the bond was forfeited. If the accused was released on bond and the property was put up to insure his/her appearance, but he/she did not appear for a court proceeding, the bond would be forfeited and a bench warrant would be issued. In this case, the bond would be the property, and it would become state property. If the accused is found, he/she will be arrested on the bench warrant and returned to custody.
I think you mean title. and I like the title hidden.
You just put them down in a path or on the ceiling and when someone gets close enough it will blow. Look up unlimited proximity mines on here and check it out. It is a fun thing to do:)) CoorsLight
they have put reports up if someone put mean or bad things up
A "secured" bail bond is one in which the ENTIRE cash amount of bail money was put up -or- the bail bond is secured in it's entire amount by the pledging of property of equal value.
