Yes, you can. There are forms to complete for the Irish Kennel Club. First you must register the dog in your name and then obtain export pedigrees. You can mail forms and checks/credit card information. When you get the official IKC papers, you then complete the American Kennel Club forms and follow the instructions to register the dog in America. It takes a little bit of time with mailing back and forth, but it's really easy to do.
Can you register a dog with the Canadian kennel Club if it is already registered with America's Pet Registry.

You can go a lot of different directions with registration.You can dual register both of your dogs with ACR - American Canine Registry - http://www.americancanineregistry.com and then apply for litter papers on the puppies.

For this you have the parents pedigree wich tells you the kennel. UK kennels club register them.
