Very easy, remove the rear tail lights, there is one screw on each side for the bumper, remove the two screws in the wheel wells they maybe holding on the mud flaps, then remove the plastic push pins on the top of the bumper under the weather stripping for the rear door and the three under the bumper and pull, that should be it. Total time with hand tool's 30 minutes

yes if it requires a tensioner pulley...most likely does as they give trouble. to do this the bumper must come off
