No you don't the fuel filter is under the hood on the driver side.
remove the top plastic on the right side of the engine and you will the the stock intake, all you need to do is unclip the box and you will see the filter.

at the end of the clutch cable remove nut from the top of that arm pull that arm off.
remove brake seats then remove the brake knuckles , then you'll need a wheel hub puller or a slide hammer.
In the trunk, remove the carpeted floor cover over the spare tire, on the right side.
there are clips that hold it in so you have to get a spot that you can pop out the clips than undo the rest
