NO you do not... Just remove the top black part from the top of the intake.
It is inside the upper intake manifold.
in the intake manifold
Assuming this is a 4.3L engine, the fuel pressure regulator is located under the upper intake manifold. The upper intake manifold must be removed to gain access to the regulator.
The pressure regulator is located on top of the intake manifold on the fuel rail
Depends on the engine, V6/8. In a v6 it is located in the intake manifold attached the the side of the Fuel Injector box. In a v8 it is located outside the manifold.
its not in the manifold it should be on your fuel rail
The fuel pressure regulator is located on the fuel rail right in front of the intake manifold.
It is located under the intake manifold, if you do not have external fuel injectors. Anybody have a picture of the location? Any special instructions to replace it?
The fuel pressure regulator is located under the upper intake manifold and is attached to the injection "spider". The upper intake manifold must be removed to gain access to the regulator.
The pressure regulator is located under the upper intake manifold. Find your fuel lines entering the manifold (right behind where the air enters the manifold)...the pressure regulator is on the bottom side of that cluster*%$. You will need to remove the upper manifold to reach it and change the regulator.
On the front end of the intake manifold.
You will find the fuel pressure regulator under the upper intake manifold. The upper intake manifold will have to be removed to gain access. The regulator will be attached to the bank of injector poppets also known as the "spider".
