On some cars, and some motorcycles, the battery is under a seat. Where this occurs, yes, the seat must be removed to service or replace the battery.
remove the bolt at the rear of the seat and remove the seat. the battery is under there
Remove the seat. Remove the battery. Replace the battery. Replace the seat.
Remove seat(saddle) battery is located under seat.
It is underneath the seat, to remove the seat there is a release under the back above the taillight. Remove the seat, and the battery is right there.

1) Remove the back seat (pillion seat) 2) Then remove the screw that holds the front seat ( its in the middle), with a philips screwdriver/ allen key 3) lift out the front seat and locate the battery

the battery is located underneath the rear seat ,remove rear seat by pulling upward on front of rear seat remove from car.next remove both + and- cables then completely remove bracket that holds battery.remove battery,andsame directions in reverse order
remove seat. remove tool case. Remove terminals from battery, lift out.
remove seat, remove neg cable from frame and Pos from battery, remove strap and take out battery.
